Can you export outside of the US?

We do not ship orders to freight forwarders. All orders intended for export outside of the U.S. will be rejected.

How much is shipping?

The shipping rates listed on your checkout page are the rates that will apply on the order. In instances where freight cannot be established at time of purchase, you will be notified of the freight costs before we ship the order. At that point, you have the option about whether to proceed with the order based on freight costs.

What are my shipping options?

By default, your order will ship UPS Ground and be delivered in 5 days or less. However, if you have a corporate account with us AND are located within our established delivery territory, your order will ship via our local fleet of delivery trucks.

Overnight shipping is the only guaranteed shipping method. Overnight orders must be placed by phone before noon EST Monday - Thursday and will incur additional, non-refundable costs. We do offer "Will Call" services during our regular business hours of Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

When are orders processed?

Riverview Industrial Supply's regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. At this point, we do not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major U.S. holidays, nor do our carriers deliver on these days. Most orders are processed with two hours of order entry and shipped accordingly. Riverview reserves the right to review and reject any order for any reason.
