What if I did not get an e-mail confirmation?

Please check your spam or junk filter for any e-mail communication from sales@riverviewspecials.us. Add us to your list of accepted e-mail addresses to ensure you receive up-to-date order information in the future. You should always receive an order confirmation following order entry.

Tracking my order

To get an update on the status of your order please send us an e-mail at sales@riverviewspecials.us. This will allow us time to gather the details pertaining to your order. We will contact you promptly so that you can plan accordingly. In emergency situations, we encourage you to call 740-568-0432.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If you received a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us via e-mail at sales@riverviewspecials.us or by phone at 740-568-0432. Please have your packing list available so we can gather your order number. We will also need to know about the damage or the defect and we will address the situation accordingly. Please make a note of any damage to your packages on shipping paperwork that the respective freight carrier requires that you sign.

Returns / Exchanges

You have 10 days from the date you receive the item to contact us for a return or exchange. Please contact us by email at sales@riverviewspecials.us or by phone at 740-568-0432 to help authorize the return. Have your order number ready and we will send you an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and instructions for return.

Returns and refused packages are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and original shipping charges on the order are not refundable, except in the case of Riverview Industrial Supply error.

Packing and sending your return.

To ensure the fastest return and refund process possible, please make sure of the following before sending out your package:

  1. Clearly label the package with Riverview's Address AND RMA number.
  2. The item should be in its original box and original packaging.
  3. The item should not have been assembled, installed, or used.
  4. The product should be returned with all of its parts and manuals.
  5. Any type of plastic covering or clam-shell should not be broken or damaged. Should the return not meet any of these guidelines, the refund may be reduced or the return may be refused with no refund.
The picture on the website doesn't match what I received.

Please do not buy solely based on the picture of the product. Manufacturers routinely change packaging and sometimes products are superseded by the next generation of the same product. Please be sure that you verify your product's part number and specifications before purchasing.

Warranty Information

Warranties vary by manufacturer. Please contact us immediately about defective products. While we are not the manufacturer and cannot assume responsibility for defective products, we try to partner with manufacturers of quality products and will assist you in every way possible to make things right.
