Placing Your Order

Ordering online:

Step 1 ‐ Find your products by using our Search tool or by browsing through our product categories. Do not place an order solely based on the picture as the pictures are not always 100% accurate. Click on the product and click on "Add to Cart." You can also edit your buying quantity at this point.

Step 2 ‐ In your shopping cart, you can change quantity, remove items, continue shopping, or check out. Your price for the products and shipping will calculate here.

Step 3 ‐ If you are ready to check out, click on the "Shopping Cart" button. If you are an existing customer, you can log in here. If you don't have an account with us, press "Continue as a Guest," and fill out a few quick fields. When you're done, you will have the option to save your information for faster checkouts in the future.

If you need a guaranteed overnight shipment, you must place your order over the phone by noon EST (Mon ‐ Thur). Please note that not all items are available for overnight shipping. We will do everything we can to help facilitate your needs.

Can I fax or e-mail a purchase order?

You may fax a Purchase Order to 740-568-0433 or e-mail sales@riverviewspecials.us as a means of sending information to us. You may also use our "Quick Order Pad" found on our Home Page.

What are my payment options?

We accept credit card payments from Mastercard, VISA, and American Express. We also offer credit terms to those who have completed our credit application process. You can gather that information by clicking on the "Corporate Accounts" button on our Home Page.

Do you include a packing slip with shipments?

Our shipments include a packing list for your convenience. It will not contain any pricing information. Should you need that information, please refer back to your order confirmation.

Do you provide written quotes?

We will provide written quotes as we know that some companies require them for purchasing approval. To obtain a written quote, please submit an e-mail with your list of products to one of our sales representatives by calling 740-568-0432 or by e-mailing us at sales@riverviewspecials.us. We will respond as soon as possible to your inquiry.

How do I find what I need?

We recommend identifying the product you need based on model numbers or product ID's. Do not buy solely based on the picture of the product. Manufacturers routinely change packaging and sometimes products are superseded by the next generation of the same product. You can also identify your product by using our search function or by narrowing your search by category or by product.

How can I change or cancel my order?

In order to provide our customers with first class service, we try to process all orders within two hours of order placement. Therefore, if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within two hours. The best way for you to make a change or cancellation is by calling a customer service representative at 740-568-0432. You may also send an e-mail to sales@riverviewspecials.us. If you contact us after that period of time, we will do everything we can to accommodate your requests. However, if your order has already shipped, we will need to proceed within our Returns and Exchanges guidelines.

Do you offer repair parts?

We offer many repair parts for various products, but we are not a manufacturer and do not carry every part for every item. If you cannot find an exact part on our website, please contact a customer service representative at 740-568-0432 or e-mail your request to sales@riverviewspecials.us.

What if an item is out of stock?

Unfortunately, we do occasionally run out of stock on various products. If you've placed an order for a product that is on backorder, your packing list for the products that shipped will note what is on backorder. As soon as we have all pertinent information, we will advise you on how soon you will receive your back-ordered product.

What happens if my credit card is declined?

In the event that your credit card transaction is declined, we will contact you to work through the situation. However, we will not ship any credit card orders until the transaction process is complete.
